PRINTING SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before printing with us please read the below terms & conditions.
By using The Mercury Plaza Print Your Own Service you have declared that the artwork uploaded is owned by you and does not break any of the New Zealand copyright laws.
The Mercury Plaza has the right to refuse to print artwork that is not owned by the artist ordering the prints. We do not print photographs of artwork unless they are proven to be owned by the artist ordering them.
The Mercury Plaza does not accept responsibility for your file storage. Once you send the file we do not save it on our system unless you set up an account with us for regular runs.
Responsibility & Liability
The Mercury Plaza solely acts as a printer of your art therefore we are not liable for any damage made to the prints once they leave our premises. Please refer to the rules of the Consumers Guarantees Act.
When ordering multiple prints they will all come packaged together unless specified. We use tubes so that the artwork does not get damaged. If you have ordered incorrectly and need to amend please get in touch with us ASAP - If your order has not been printed we'll happily amend it for you. File set up
To ensure a good print the file you send us is key. When sending us your file please make sure you have the following:
- Crop marks & Bleed - consider if you want to sign the artwork and if you need a border for this.
- File type - High Resolution PDF (CMYK/RGB).
- Correct size - A1, A2, A3, or A4 ONLY - If the file is uploaded wrong it will be printed that way. If you upload a file that is incorrectly sized, let us know straight away and we can amend it for you by emailing your order number and required changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
